Tomorrow I bake. I put Vesuvio in the fridge a week ago since I was going to be out of town and took it out a couple days ago to get it ready to use. I fed it the past 2 days and today I removed some starter from the jar and added a larger amount of flour and water to it. This will sit out overnight and tomorrow I can finally make some bread. Check back tomorrow to see if it we have success!
