I’m back and ready to cook! After a week of pork and cheese overload, I am happy to see fresh veggies. I will be doing a food recap of my trip to Spain sometime in the near future.

Only a couple more weeks left in the CSA season then it’s time for the winter season. This week we got the first of the sweet potatoes which I will be seeing a lot of this winter. I was happy to see lettuce and string beans again. I picked out the cutest little eggplant. The radishes will be heading to the office with me tomorrow.

1 bunch Mixed Carrots
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1 bunch French Radishes
2 lbs.Sweet Potatoes
1 head Bok Choy
8 Oz. Snap Beans
2 pieces Eggplant
