Another pickup, even more lettuce! I have been out of town the last 3 weekends and I have one more to go. That plus a busy work schedule has made it a chore trying to keep up with the veggies. Slowly but surely I will get through this lettuce! The fish we received this week is black sea bass. Right now, it is marinating in the fridge in a miso paste mixture. I am looking forward to cooking it tomorrow.

2 lbs. Summer Squash
1 Cucumber
1 bulb Summer Garlic

How does everyone cook fennel? I have never had much luck with it.
